It looks like Huawei International Pte. Ltd. is about to launch Vmall in Singapore. Just like the test site of Vmall.my we’ve discovered last month, there is now a similar page for the Singaporean version, over at test.vmall.sg.
On Vmall.sg proper, it is currently only showing a blank page with the banner of the Singaporean skyline and the words, “coming soon”.
Since we do not have direct PR contacts with Huawei Singapore, it is unclear when are they planning to launch its latest devices like the Ascend P7, MediaPad X1, and Honor 3C, but chances are it won’t be too far away.
On Vmall.sg’s test site now, the devices that are highlighted are as follow:
Smartphones
Ascend G610 (Black): S$298
Ascend Mate (Black): S$538
Ascend P2 (Black): S$638
Ascend P6 (Black): S$538
Ascend P7 (Black): S$698
Ascend P7 (White): S$698
Ascend Y511 (White): S$198
Ascend G6 3G (Black): S$268
Ascend G6 LTE (Shallow Tarnish): S$368
Honor 3C (Gray): S$268
Honor 3C (White): S$268
Honor 3X (White): S$468
Tablets
MediaPad 7 Youth: S$298
MediaPad X1 3G: S$498
MediaPad X1 LTE: S$598
Just like what happened to test.vmall.my, Huawei may choose to take this site completely down or hide it the moment it finds out that the public knows about this, but at least now we know the retail price of these products, once they’re officially launched in Singapore.
