David and Goliath(s) is what came to mind when I read of the company’s lofty claims. GAMDIAS, from the amalgamation of GAM (Gaming Art in Motion) and DIAS (Latin word for god), wants to be one of the top 3 gaming brands globally and looking at its offering, it might already be on its way. The company was founded just 2 years ago (in 2012) but is already making great strides in the gaming scene.
At COMPUTEX 2014, GAMDIAS has added 8 new products to its arsenal for the impending fight to the top:
- EREBOS Laser Gaming Mouse (GMS7510)
- EREBOS Optical Gaming Mouse (GMS7500)
- OUREA Laser Gaming Mouse (GMS5510)
- OUREA Optical Gaming Mouse (GMS5500)
- ARES Gaming Keyboard (GKB6010)
- ARES Essential Gaming Keyboard (GKC6000)
- EROS V2 Surround Sound Gaming Headset (GHS3200 USB)
- HEBE V2 Stereo Gaming Headset (GHS3300)
Some of the highlights of the mice include the weight tuning system for the ambidestrous GMS5510-OUREA, and the addition of magnetic interchangeable side panels for the GMS7510-EREBOS.
For the keyboards, GBK6010-ARES has multi-colour pulsating light modes and a magnetic wrist rest, which pulls double duty as a dust cover as well. If the user is left handed, the person can also swap the WASD keys with the arrow keys, and vice versa.
